Let's Thrive was founded by Jay Borrego, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CRNA — a doctorate-prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified registered nurse anesthetist. One credential reads your mind's story; the other has spent thousands of hours managing what medications actually do inside a human body. That combination shapes every plan here, from the first evaluation to advanced treatment.
