A different pathway. A faster story.
What is ketamine? An FDA-approved anesthetic used safely in hospitals for over 50 years. At much lower, carefully monitored doses, it has become one of the most studied rapid-acting options for depression that has not responded to standard treatment.
Unlike conventional antidepressants, ketamine works through glutamate-related pathways and may support synaptic plasticity — which is why effects can emerge within hours rather than weeks in research settings.

The Pathways
Four advanced pathways. One deliberate standard.
Advanced options for difficult-to-treat depression, delivered deliberately in a calm medical setting with procedural expertise and a clear plan for monitoring response.
IV Ketamine & KAP
CRNA-administered infusions — with optional Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): a therapist helps you prepare before and integrate insights after, so the biology and the breakthrough work together.
Spravato®
REMS-certified esketamine care for qualifying treatment-resistant depression — bookable now and often covered by insurance.
TMS Therapy
Waitlist
Non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation with no anesthesia and no routine downtime.
Second Opinion
A structured review when multiple treatments have failed and the next step is unclear.
Why here: a REMS-certified Spravato® site, with infusions administered by a clinician dual-trained in psychiatry and anesthesia (PMHNP-BC + CRNA).
IV Ketamine · In-suite
When waiting weeks isn't good enough.
IV ketamine is a rapid-acting, medically monitored treatment option used off-label for adults with difficult-to-treat depression — infused here, in a calm private suite, by a clinician trained in both psychiatry and anesthesia.
Hours,
not weeks
Antidepressant effects have emerged within hours in controlled research.
55.4%
response
Response rate in a large randomized 3-week trial of adults with treatment-resistant depression.
32.3%
remission
Remission in the same randomized trial. Individual results vary.
Study context: the randomized ELEKT-D trial in adults with nonpsychotic treatment-resistant major depression — IV ketamine 0.5 mg/kg over 40 minutes, twice weekly for 3 weeks. These are study results, not a guarantee of individual outcome.
01 · PREPARE
Prepare
Clinical review, vitals, and questions answered. You get comfortable and connected.
02 · INFUSE
Infuse
IV ketamine is infused slowly while you rest in a calm, private space.
03 · RECOVER
Recover
We monitor you as the infusion ends, with time to rest before you head home.

Typical study series: 6 infusions over ~3 weeks — from $549 per infusion, series-of-6 $2,999. Your plan is individualized to response and tolerability.

Treatment suite render — replace with real photo at launch
IV ketamine for depression is an off-label psychiatric use of an FDA-approved anesthetic medication; ketamine itself is not FDA-approved to treat depression. Consultation required. Side effects are usually temporary and may include dizziness, dissociation, nausea, and blood-pressure changes. A ride home is required after treatment.
Is this right for you?
An honest filter, before you spend a dollar.

The consultation is the real filter. If ketamine isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you — and map the alternative, whether that’s Spravato®, TMS, or a smarter medication plan.
IV Ketamine vs Spravato®
Same medicine family. Different delivery.
Ketamine is made of two mirror-image molecules — arketamine and esketamine. Spravato® is esketamine alone — the patented S-half — FDA-approved as a nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. IV ketamine uses the complete molecule with fully individualized, weight-based dosing. We offer both under one roof — your consultation determines the right fit.

If Spravato® is the fit
How Spravato® treatment works here
Administered in-office under REMS with about two hours of monitored observation per visit — you relax in the suite while we track how you feel. Dosing strength is set by clinical judgment.

As early as 24 hours
In trials, some patients taking Spravato® with an oral antidepressant saw depression symptom reduction as early as 24 hours.
Superior at 4 weeks
Greater symptom reduction than placebo nasal spray plus an oral antidepressant at ~4 weeks.
Benefit that can last
In long-term study, patients who continued treatment maintained clinical benefit over additional months.

Ketamine for Chronic Pain
When pain keeps running the day.
Medically monitored IV ketamine may be considered for selected patients with difficult-to-treat chronic pain when standard approaches have not provided enough relief — with the strongest support in selected neuropathic pain states, including CRPS. Pain protocols are longer and more individualized than mood protocols, which is exactly where anesthesia training matters most.

CRPS

Neuropathic pain
Benefit shown in some populations; durability and effect size vary
Refractory chronic pain

Carefully selected patients
Diagnosis, medical risk, medication history, and prior treatment all matter
1,034 patients
Included in a large 2025 Cleveland Clinic real-world analysis of IV ketamine for chronic refractory pain.
86.1% completed
Finished five or more infusions in that treatment program.
20–46% improvement
Meaningful improvement across measured patient-reported domains at 3–6 month follow-up.
Real-world context: this was a retrospective cohort, not a randomized trial — other treatments, selection, and placebo effects may contribute. These are program results, not a guaranteed ketamine response rate.
01 · EVALUATE
Evaluate
Diagnosis, prior treatment, goals, medications, and medical + psychiatric risk.
02 · INFUSE
Infuse
An individualized IV protocol — dose, duration, and number of infusions set to your diagnosis — with continuous monitoring.
03 · REASSESS
Reassess
We measure pain, function, and side effects — and whether another treatment makes more sense.
Off-label use: ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic, not as a chronic-pain medication. Protocols vary substantially by diagnosis. Focus is on pain and function together — not a pain score alone. Medical screening and monitoring are essential.
